New Decks

A new deck can add significant value to your property, can give an elevated platform, and extends your outdoor recreational and living space. On your new deck, you can enjoy a pleasant walk from indoors to your outdoor lounge, patio or your favorite area. JDC Contracting has built numerous decks and boardwalks in the Bay of Plenty region for over 20 years.

To provide a quote and a building plan for the new deck on your property, your area will be assessed and measured for decking materials and supplies required.

We measure your future deck area, foundation requirements, provide material suggestions and deck finishing option, and offer an estimate quotation for the project. Although resource consent for decks under 1.5 meters in height is not required, if you have a resource consent to build your deck, please inform us. 

In our quote, we would outline materials and labour required to dismantle, install, and remove existing materials for disposal as required and timeline for the build.
